Why me?
With an extensive background in ballet performing from an early age across Europe and Russia, I’m drawn to continuous exercising that I find it beautiful and graceful. My background and my passion for form and flexibility led me to exploring pilates in 2013 when I first came to New York.
My mission
I would love to share the magic of the balanced life with you. It all starts from within and I am excited to guide you through the process of connecting your mind and body. Pilates is not just about strengthening your muscles; it's about cultivating a deeper awareness of your body, improving posture, and finding balance in both body and mind. Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, I’ll help you unlock your full potential and develop a practice that suits your needs and goals.
I am a fully certified a pilates instructor by Polestar Pilates. However, my unique background has empowered me to integrate mindful elements in teaching the traditional approach to maximise the potential.
In addition to my pilates certification, I am also a certified health coach by Integrative Nutrition School where I gained in depth knowledge on hormonal and gut health, which would contribute to your results: whether you are seeking a lean body or being flexible and strong.
Encourage my client to integrate Pilates into a well-rounded lifestyle that supports mental and emotional well-being.
I believe that a balanced life is the essence of happiness, and I would love to introduce you to my signature method that was developed from my own experience, which is broad and diverse.
